The Professional Commis training programme provides participants with advanced culinary skills, including knife work, plating, and the preparation of cold dishes, salads, and sauces. 

Students will gain the competence to organize their own work independently, ensuring it is completed safely and hygienically. Graduates will be proficient in supervising dish preparation and manage a small team of junior cooks, making them well-suited for roles like Senior Commis in Qiddiya's F&B establishments.

    • Demonstrate practical culinary skills for safe and hygienic food preparation under supervision
    • Apply knowledge to prepare and cook food efficiently to a 5-star standard
    • Exhibit organization, reliability, and productivity in a professional kitchen setting
    • Target Position: Commis 1

Eligibility Criteria

    • Nationality: Saudi National
    • Education: High school certificate with a minimum of 60%
    • Years of experience: Not applicable
    • English Proficienecy: Minimum of IELTS Level 4
    • Availability: Full-time availability and commitment to attend the entire programme
    • Experience: Prior experience in cooking or relevant culinary roles
    • Required documents: CV
