What size are the stages?

What production facilities are available?

PlayMaker Studios offers fully equipped production offices (approx. 1,850 sqm / 20,000 sq. ft) and two flexible workshops, each 1,000 sqm (11,000 sq. ft) designed for set construction and support services. The site also includes expansive backlots, a production hub, catering facilities, a boardroom, VIP and medical areas, and collaborative creative spaces.

How accessible is the studio for international productions?

The studios are located just 70 km from King Khalid International Airport and 35 km from downtown Riyadh, providing excellent connectivity along with a wide range of nearby accommodation, dining, and amenities for cast and crew.

Beyond the soundstages lies an expansive open terrain — Saudi Arabia’s largest backlot — purpose-built for large-scale set builds and location work. The site features workshops, production offices, and dedicated support facilities positioned to streamline production workflows while preserving the uninterrupted panoramic views that elevate both creativity and shoot potential.

SITE SPECIFICATIONS

The studio plot spans more than 2,000,000 sqm and includes two 2,400 sqm soundstages, along with two 1,100 sqm workshops.

The production hub facilities span 1,850 sqm, consisting of fully equipped production offices, including executive suites, meeting rooms, breakout spaces, on-site dining and crew amenities.
