An equestrian destination that defies convention, built to raise global standards and celebrate horsemanship in its many forms, from racing to show jumping and beyond.
RACINGDESTINATION
The Qiddiya City Horse Racing Venue will host international race days between December and March annually, chief among them: the iconic and highly esteemed Saudi Cup, where the world’s finest thoroughbreds and jockeys compete for the title.
MAKING A DAY OF IT
The venue will serve as a space for year-round events and activities, catered to by no less than 9 food & beverage offerings and Michelin star culinary experiences. This is hospitality at its finest, exceeding what the highest echelons have come to expect, all while being accessible to everyone, from families to delegations.
One Stop EquineShop
The racecourse is a two-in-one: A 2,200m turf track, containing the first straight mile in the GCC, and a 2,400m inner dirt track. Both tracks offer world-class racing conditions, built to the highest industry standards.
The Qiddiya City Horse Racing Venue capacity is 21,000 visitors, able to accommodate 70,000 via temporary event overlay. It's a modern reimagining of the race day viewing platform concept, resembling no other grandstand before it.
On site are specialised equine care facilities, including isolation stables, emergency treatment centres, and operating rooms, serving both Qiddiya City and the wider Riyadh region.
CENTREPIECE
A 110m central parade ring sits right in the middle of the space, serving as the centrepiece of the racecourse, where one can find immersive activations and a theatrical atmosphere, offering memorable, hands-on experiences and unique viewing angles.
