The Theme Park and  Attractions Operations programme is a comprehensive offering designed to introduce aspiring professionals to the dynamic world of visitor attractions.

Participants will receive foundational knowledge and practical insights into the diverse roles within visitor attractions, preparing them for line staff positions across various operational functions. The curriculum covers the full spectrum of attraction operations, from understanding business models and guest service excellence to mastering the intricacies of area operations and safety management. 

Through a blend of classroom instruction, case studies, and role-playing exercises, participants will develop the skills and confidence needed to thrive as entry-level operators in the fast-paced, customer-centric environment of visitor attractions.

    • Education: High School degree or higher
    • Years of experience: Not applicable
    • Availability: Full-time availability and commitment to attend the entire programme
