This programme provides participants with practical skills to support the management of theme parks and attractions. It covers key areas such as guest services, safety protocols, and team coordination. Participants will also learn the basics of handling daily operations, customer interactions, and ensuring smooth attraction performance.

Through hands-on experience and practical learning, participants will be ready to take on junior supervisory responsibilities within Qiddiya's entertainment ecosystem upon graduation.

    Segment 2: Practical application


Programme objectives

    • Equip participants with the knowledge to effectively manage entertainment venues, focusing on operations, guest service, and safety.
    • Develop leadership skills to oversee teams and coordinate the animation and commercial activities of entertainment centers.
    • Provide practical experience in managing customer care, VIP protocols, and public interactions within dynamic entertainment environments.
    • Target Position: Theme Park & attractions supervisors

    • Education: Diploma or higher Degree
    • Years of experience: Not applicable
    • Availability: Full-time availability and commitment to attend the entire programme
