Qiddiya’s corporate structure will eventually encompass four entities

Currently, the Qiddiya Investment Company (QIC) is the holding company that contains all of the for-profit investments of the enterprise. It also owns the Qiddiya brand, and is responsible for its development and application, including its monetization. Further, QIC is responsible for the overall strategic direction of the collective company and consolidates the performance and reporting of the individual component parts while also providing efficient shared services to subsidiary units.

QIC is a closed, joint-stock company properly formed and registered within the Kingdom. Presently, the Public Investment Fund (PIF) is the 100% shareholder of the company and has provided the capitalization of the entity.

QIC is managed by a CEO and Managing Director who reports to the Board of Directors and Chairman. In the coming years as QIC progresses, the project will evolve to include the Qiddiya Foundation, Qiddiya Development Company LLC and Qiddiya Operating Company LLC.
