Mohammad bin Salman is the Crown Prince of Saudi Arabia, First Deputy Prime Minister, President of the Council for Economic and Development Affairs, Minister of Defense and Chairman of the Public Investment Fund (PIF). Dr. Abdulaziz bin Mohammed bin Ayyaf Al-Mogren is Deputy Chairman of the Board of the Al-Riyadh Philanthropic Society for Science Council and Chairman of the Board of Trustees of Prince Sultan University. Between 1998 and 2012 he was the Mayor of Riyadh and is the former Secretary General of the Arriyadh Development Authority. H.H. Dr. Abdulaziz obtained his Doctorate in Urban Planning from the University of Pennsylvania in the USA and was the Head of the Architecture and Planning department at King Saud University.

H.E. Dr. Majid bin Abdullah Al Qasabi is the Minister of Commerce and Investment of Saudi Arabia, and a member of the Council of Ministers and the Council for Economic and Development Affairs. H.E. has served on the Boards of a number of Saudi charities as well as the Council of the Saudi Ports Authority Management and the Ha'il Supreme Development Authority. H.E. also served as CEO of KARA and as Director-General of the Sultan Bin Abdul Aziz Al Saud Foundation. H.E. obtained his Doctorate in Engineering Management from the University of Missouri, USA.

H.E. Mr. Majed bin Abdullah Al-Hogail is the Saudi Minister of Housing and has led the effort to implement the affordable housing initiative of Vision 2030. H.E. previously served as the Deputy Finance Director at the Saudi Arabian Monetary Agency (SAMA), as the CEO of Rafal, and was a member of the Board of Directors of Bank AlJazira, NAS Holding, Credit Suisse Saudi and WAFA insurance. H.E. obtained an MBA from the University of Illinois in the USA and is a Certified Public Accountant.

H.E. Mr. Sulaiman bin Abdullah Al-Hamdan is the current Minister of Civil Service. Previously, H.E. held the position of Minister of Transport and President of the GACA and CEO of NAS Holding Company. H.E. holds an MBA from the University of New Haven, USA.

H.E. Mr. Ahmed bin Aqeel Al-Khatib is the Chairman of Saudi Arabian Military Industries. He is also a member of the Board of the Public Investment Fund (PIF) of Saudi Arabia. H.E. serves as an Advisor to the General Secretariat of the Council of Ministers and is a member of the Council for Economic and Development Affairs. Previously, H.E. served as Chairman of the General Entertainment Authority, as Minister of Health, and as Chief Executive Officer & Managing Director of Jadwa Investment Co. H.E. obtained his undergraduate degree in Business Administration from King Saud University in KSA.

H.E. Mr. Yasir bin Othman Al-Rumayyan is the Governor of the Public Investment Fund (PIF) of Saudi Arabia. H.E. also serves as a Board member of a number of internationally renowned companies such as Saudi Aramco, Saudi Industrial Development Fund, Uber Technologies Inc. and SoftBank Group Corporation, and was previously the CEO of Saudi Fransi Capital. H.E. obtained his undergraduate degree in Accounting from King Faisal University, KSA.

H.E. Eng. Al-Sultan, Advisor to the Saudi Royal Courts served as the Mayor of Riyadh and Secretary General of Arriyadh Development Authority. H.E. has over 35 years of experience in administering and supervising metropolitan development efforts. H.E. obtained his Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from King Fahd University of Petroleum and Minerals.

As Secretary General for the Strategic Management Office of Vision 2030 and through his role as the Secretary General to the Boards of the Public Investment Fund’s three giga-projects, Qiddiya, NEOM and The Red Sea Project. Educated in the USA and UK, H.E. holds a Doctorate in Financial Economics and a Masters in Business Administration from King’s College London and a Bachelor’s degree in Production Engineering and Mechanical Design.

Michael Reininger is at the helm of Qiddiya Investment Company as the Chief Executive Officer, having left his position as Executive Director of Florida East Coast Industries (FECI) for the opportunity to join this once-in-a-lifetime project. He was also President and Chief Development Officer for Brightline, which created the first private sector intercity express passenger rail system in the United States in over a century. No stranger to big entertainment and leisure projects, he previously led the development of several major new businesses during a 12-year tenure with subsidiaries of The Walt Disney Company, including Disneyland Paris Resort, Disney Cruise Line, and Disney Vacation Club, which he initiated. He has also served as Executive Vice President and Chief Development Officer for AECOM and Senior Vice President for the largest landowner and developer in the State of Florida – the St. Joe Company.
