The Qiddiya Investment Company (QIC) is the holding company that contains all of the for-profit investments of the enterprise and the overall strategic direction of the collective company.
Registration
QIC was formally registered in April 2017 with Saudi Arabia’s Ministry of Commerce and Investment as a closed joint-stock company
Owner
QIC is wholly owned by Saudi’s powerful Public Investment Fund (PIF), which is a 100% shareholder in the company and is also the provider of its capital.
Responsible
QIC is responsible for the development, application and monetisation of all Qiddiya branded products.
